Proximal Tibia Locking Plate with CompressNLock
Lateral and medial-posterior plates for the tibial plateau. Lock and compress through the same screw.
Product details
CompressNLock
Compression and locking in one screw. In CompressNLock (CNL) plates, the locking screw and the plate hole are designed to work together. As the screw advances, the hole geometry guides the bone fragment toward the fracture line. When the intended compression is reached, the screw locks into the plate and holds it: fracture-surface contact and locked-plate stability without changing screws.
Key features
Lateral proximal CompressNLock plates in 2 to 14 holes, in two-hole steps, left and right.
Medial-posterior plates in 4, 6 and 8 holes, left and right, for the posteromedial fragment, alone or together with the lateral plate.
Titanium alloy plates contoured to the proximal tibia.
Subchondral rafting: parallel locking screws beneath the plateau support the joint surface.
Staggered screw holes; locking or non-locking screws in any threaded hole.
Minimally invasive insertion with a radiolucent PEEK targeting jig and head and tail guides; MIS trays for left and right.
Colour coded: left plates are blue, right plates are green.
Indications
Fractures, nonunions and malunions, periprosthetic fractures, fractures in normal or osteopenic bone, and osteotomies of the proximal tibia.
